The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms have a fantastic view from a very nice terrace but lack in amenities and cleanliness with shabby towels and dirty carpets. The service is convenient with available room service, car hire, dry cleaning, laundry, and a welcome drink. The location is excellent, being in walking distance to Palma Old Town and the Port, in a lively area between two big avenues, and close to the beautiful bars around the cathedral. However, the dining only offers sushi, limiting options for guests.
